About UR Cared Medical Clinic:

At UR Cared Medical Clinic, we believe exceptional family medicine begins with trust, continuity, and genuine human connection.

Founded in 2026 by Dr. Farshad Nokam and Dr. Shideh Faghih, UR Cared was created with a shared vision of building a modern medical home where individuals and families feel truly heard, supported, and cared for through every stage of life.

Our clinic combines the values of traditional family medicine—long-term relationships, thoughtful communication, and continuity of care—with a modern, patient-centered approach focused on accessibility, prevention, and evidence-based treatment.

With extensive experience across rural and urban medicine, hospital and community care, and diverse healthcare systems internationally and in Canada, our physicians bring both depth of clinical expertise and a deeply personal commitment to compassionate care.

At UR Cared, we see healthcare as a partnership. We take the time to listen, understand your goals, and work with you to create personalized care plans that support long-term wellness for you and your family.

Because at UR Cared, your family comes first.
