    Do you accept new patients?

    Please contact the clinic to confirm current availability. Our intake capacity may change periodically.

    How do I book an appointment?

    Appointments can be booked online(preferred), by email, by phone, or in person at the clinic.

    What should I bring to my appointment?

    Please bring your valid MSP card, a list of your current medications, and any relevant medical records or specialist reports.

    What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    If you are unable to attend, please cancel using the link in your confirmation email or notify the clinic as soon as possible. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

    Do you offer walk-in appointments?

    Walk-in appointments are available on a limited basis. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

    How do I request a prescription renewal?

    You may email the clinic, ask your pharmacy to fax us directly, or book an appointment if reassessment is required.

    Do you provide immunizations?

    Yes. We offer select immunizations including seasonal influenza vaccines, Prevnar 20 (pneumococcal vaccine), and Tdap. Availability may vary depending on supply and eligibility.

    Do you perform minor procedures?

    Yes. We provide select in-clinic procedures including suturing for minor wounds, skin lesion removal, cryotherapy, and joint injections.

    What types of conditions do you manage?

    We provide comprehensive family medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute medical concerns, mental health support, and women’s and men’s health services.

    Fees & Uninsured Services Are all services covered by MSP?

    Most medically necessary services are covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia. Please ensure your BC CareCard is valid and presented at each visit.

    What services are not covered by MSP?

    Some services are not insured by MSP and may require a fee. These may include:

    Insurance, disability, or legal forms

    Driver’s medical examinations

    Employment or school forms

    Travel medicine consultations

    Sick notes without medical necessity

    Missed appointment (no-show) fees

    Transfer or copying of medical records

    Cosmetic procedures

    How are fees determined?

    Fees follow the recommended guidelines from Doctors of BC and reflect the time and complexity required.

    When is payment required?

    Payment for uninsured services is typically required at the time the service is provided unless otherwise arranged.

    What is your no-show policy?

    Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice may be subject to a fee. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all patients.
